This vacation rental is located on the water overlooking Knudson Cove Marina and Clover Passage in a quiet, wooded setting. You will have privacy and comfort in either the one-bedroom apartment upstairs or the three-bedroom apartment downstairs. For larger groups, you can rent both units.
Description
The one-bedroom apartment upstairs has a vaulted ceiling, a double bed and two twin beds, and a queen hide-a-bed sofa, one bathroom with a 36" shower, outfitted kitchen, cable television upgraded with movie channels, VCR/DVD player, private phone, washer and dryer, gas BBQ and a small deck. There is also a shared propane burner and large pot for cooking crab and other seafood outside.
The three-bedroom unit downstairs has three double beds, three twin beds, and a queen hide-a-bed sofa, well-equipped, outfitted kitchen, and laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer and medium sized chest freezer. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the master bathroom has a shower. There's a private telephone, cable television upgraded with movie channels, and VCR/DVD player. There is a gas BBQ on the covered deck. A shared propane burner and large pot for cooking crab and other seafood outside is provided.
Wireless internet access is provided.
Your Hosts
Wanda and Darrell are both self-employed and do not live on the premises.
Breakfast
Since this is a vacation rental, breakfast foods are not provided. The kitchen is stocked upon arrival only with staples, condiments, coffee and tea. We suggest shopping in town before coming to the apartment.
Location
About 10 miles NORTH OF TOWN at Mile 14 N. Tongass Highway on Knudson Cove Road. It's about a 30-minute drive from the airport ferry and the Alaska Marine Highway ferry terminal.
Summer Rates (May 1 - Sept. 30)
One-bedroom Apartment (Upstairs):
One to three guests: $150 + 6.5% tax
Each additional guest: $50 + 6.5% tax
Three-bedroom Apartment (Downstairs):
One to four guests: $250 + 6.5% tax
Each additional guest: $50 + 6.5% tax
Minimum four-night stay required.
Family rates available for families with two or more children!
Children under two stay free!

Winter Rates (Oct. 1 - Apr. 30)
One-bedroom Apartment (Upstairs):
One to two guests: $100 + 6.5% tax
Each additional guest: $25 +6.5% tax
Three-bedroom Apartment (Downstairs):
One to two guests: $100 + 6.5% tax
Each additional guest: $25 + 6.5% tax
Minimum four-night stay required.

Pet Policy
Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Hosts have specific pet rules that will be discussed at time of booking and a pet deposit is required. A charge of $10 per day will be added to the room rate for each pet. Purchase of Travel Guard's Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required. The cost is $45 for $1,500 coverage (one pet) and $69 for $3000 coverage (two or more pets).
NOTE: Transportation is not included to this vacation rental. If you will not have a car, we suggest you rent one rather than taking a taxi as a taxi is expensive. This property is not on the BUS route. Check-in is guaranteed after 4 p.m. and check-out is 12 noon. If you need an earlier check-in or later check out, arrangements will need to be made with the host prior to your arrival.
