Description
This one-bedroom apartment has an open concept in the living room, dining area, kitchen and sitting area. The fully equipped and outfitted kitchen has a glass-top range and overhead microwave. The living room area has a leather love seat and extra long queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. The sitting area by the double French doors that open to the back deck has enough room for a queen raised Aero bed that is also topped with a memory foam mattress. The bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request with advance notice. Everything is provided for your comfort: linens, dishes and utensils, private phone, cable television, DVD player, gas BBQ, freezer, washer and dryer.
Wireless high speed internet access is provided.

Lloyd and Lois, live next door. They are looking forward to making your stay with them a memorable experience. Let them know if there is anything they can do for you. Lois works part-time as a hair dresser in a beauty shop in the Mall which she co-owns. Lloyd is retired and enjoys greeting their B&B guests and fishing.
Breakfast
Breakfast foods are provided for a self-serve continental breakfast: cereals, milk, juice, muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and bread. The kitchen is stocked upon arrival with staples and condiments.
Location
About 11 miles NORTH OF TOWN (airport) at Mile 14 N. Tongass Highway on N. Point Higgins Road. It's about a 25-minute drive from the airport ferry and the Alaska ferry terminal.
Summer Rates (May 1 - Sept. 30)
One guest: $100 + 6.5% tax
Two guests: $125 + 6.5% tax
Each additional guest: $25 + 6.5% tax
Minimum four-night stay required.
Family rates available for families with two or more children!
Children under two stay free!

Pet Policy
Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Hosts have specific pet rules that will be discussed at time of booking and a pet deposit is required. A charge of $10 per day will be added to the room rate for each pet. Purchase of AIG Security Deposit Insurance is required. The cost is $45 for $1,500 additional security deposit coverage.
NOTE: Transportation is not included to this bed & breakfast apartmentl. If you will not have a car, we suggest you rent one rather than taking a taxi as a taxi is expensive. This property is not on the BUS route. Check-in is guaranteed after 4 p.m. and check-out is 12 noon. If you need an earlier check-in or later check out, arrangements will need to be made with the host prior to your arrival.
