Description
This is a completely equipped ground floor studio apartment that is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is completely outfitted and stocked with staples and condiments. There is a queen bed, private bathroom with a shower, cable television, washer and dryer and covered deck with a gas BBQ grill. Private off-street parking is provided.
This home offers wireless internet access in the apartment.

Breakfast
Since this is a vacation rental, breakfast foods are not provided. The kitchen is stocked with staples and condiments, coffee and tea.
Location
SOUTH OF TOWN about 2 miles south of downtown Ketchikan and 1/4 mile north of the Totem Pole Park in Saxman Indian Community. This property is about 4 miles south of the Alaska Marine Highway ferry terminal and 4 1/2 miles south of the airport.
Summer Rates (May 1 - Sept. 30)
One or two guests: $100 + 6.5% tax
Minimum 2-night stay required.
Winter Rates (Oct. 1 - Apr. 30)
One or two guests: $85 + 6.5% tax
Minimum two-night stay required.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with prior approval. Hosts have pet rules which will be discussed when making a reservation and a pet deposit is required. A charge of $10 per day will be added to the room rate for each pet. Purchase of Travel Guard's Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required. The cost is $45 for $1,500 coverage (one pet) and $69 for $3000 coverage (two or more pets).
NOTE: Transportation is not included to this vacation rental. If you will not have a car, you can use either a taxi cab or the BUS. The BUS (RED LINE) will stop in front of this property if you tell the driver where you need to get off. The BUS will stop across the street from this home on the Northbound route. Once you know how far it is from town, you might want to use the bike path to walk to town (approx. 2 miles). Check-in is guaranteed after 4 p.m. and check-out is 12 noon. If you need an earlier check-in or later check out, arrangements will need to be made with the host prior to your arrival.
